New to Pilates?

Let's change that.

Women taking a Reformer Pilates class at Panda Pilates

The hardest part isn't the class. It's booking the first one.

So we made that part easy. Here's everything you need to know before you walk in.

What We Do Here

Panda Pilates is a Reformer studio. Not mat. Not barre. Reformer, and there's a reason we stick to it.

Reformer Pilates is resistance training without the "I can't walk down stairs tomorrow" aftermath. It builds long, functional strength, it's easy on your joints, and it somehow finds core muscles you didn't know you had. You'll feel them the next morning, in the best way. Low impact. Seriously high results.

Start With an Intro Offer

Don't overthink your first booking. We made this part simple:

2 Weeks Unlimited for $99

Available at both Mississauga and Downtown Toronto.

Two weeks gives you room to try different instructors and different class vibes before you decide what your routine looks like long term. See all options on our pricing page.

Your First Few Classes

Every new member starts with Reformer Foundations. Every single one, no exceptions.

These classes slow things down on purpose: form, breath, core connection. The unglamorous stuff that makes everything else work. Once Foundations starts feeling comfortable, that's your cue to level up to Intermediate Reformer.

Not before. The foundations are the results.

Check the schedule for Mississauga or Downtown Toronto to find a Foundations class that fits your week.

Why Not Mat?

Everyone assumes mat is the beginner option. Plot twist: it's actually harder.

The reformer works with you. Its springs assist or resist depending on what your body needs, so you build strength with control from your very first session. More effective, and a lot more forgiving when you're just starting out.

How Often to Come

3x a week is where you'll really notice a difference in your strength, your posture and how you carry yourself.

2x a week still works, especially paired with other training.

What matters most is that you keep showing up. That's it. That's the secret.

What to Pack

Grip socks (non-negotiable, but you can grab a pair at the studio) and water. That's the whole list. Promise.

After Class

Come back down to earth with a protein shake or an organic matcha from the Panda Café. Recovery is part of the practice, and honestly, it's the part you'll look forward to most.

Your reformer is waiting.

Book your intro offer and come see what all the fuss is about.
