Late Arrival Policy
  • First-time clients must arrive 5 minutes early. You will not be permitted into class if you arrive late for your first visit. You need time to sign forms and learn the equipment before class begins.
  • All subsequent visits: no entry more than 10 minutes after class starts. No exceptions.
  • If you cannot enter due to late arrival, your class credit will be returned to your account automatically.
  • This policy exists to protect the flow and safety of every client already in class. It will be enforced every time.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required on file to book classes. Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged directly to the card.

Class Cancellations
  • Classes require a minimum of 2 clients to run.
  • If enrollment is not met or an instructor is unavailable, the class will be cancelled and your credit will be returned to your account automatically.
  • To avoid any inconvenience, ensure your text notifications are turned on in the Panda Pilates app for real-time schedule updates.

Membership Cancellation
  • All memberships auto-renew at the end of every term (monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months).
  • Cancellations require 30 days written notice by email before your renewal date. Verbal requests are not accepted.
  • No mid-term cancellations. Your membership runs to the end of the active term.
  • No pausing or freezing during an active contract.

Early cancellation is available in two cases only.

Relocated 15+ km away: proof of new address required. A $149.99 contract-break fee applies.

Medical reasons: valid doctor's note required. The $149.99 fee is waived.

Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges on anything.
  • Memberships: non-refundable once purchased.
  • Class packs: non-refundable. Unused classes expire on their set date. No extensions.
  • Early exit (if approved): attended classes charged at drop-in rate. No balance refunded.
  • Merchandise: all sales final. No returns or exchanges.

  • Any details you share (such as your name, email, or phone number) are used only to provide our services and improve your experience.

Photo Requirement
  • A photo is required before your first class.
  • Your photo is stored securely on Mindbody and is used for check-in purposes only.
  • No Photo, No Pilates.

FAQs
  • How do I cancel a class without being charged?
    Cancel at least 6 hours before class through the app or website. Anything under 6 hours is a late cancel and a $15 fee applies.
  • What happens if I just do not show up?
    A $25 no-show fee is charged and one class credit is permanently deducted from your pack or membership. No exceptions.
  • What if I late-cancel multiple times?
    Three or more late cancellations in a calendar month may result in suspension or forfeiture of your membership without refund.
  • Can I pause or freeze my membership?
    No. Memberships cannot be paused or frozen during an active contract term.
  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Early cancellation is available for relocation 15+ km away (proof required, $149.99 fee) or medical reasons (doctor's note required, fee waived). Email us to start the process.
  • Is Pilates good for beginners?
    Absolutely. Our instructors modify movements to suit all levels. No experience needed. Just show up ready to be challenged.
