When does the Toronto location open?

We open Summer 2026 at 485 Queen Street West, Unit 300, Toronto. Register through the schedule above to be the first to book.

Where exactly is the studio?

We are on the third floor at 485 Queen Street West, Unit 300. On top of the Circle K, right next to Graffiti Alley.

Is there parking?

There is no parking at this location. Queen Street West is well served by TTC streetcar and bus. Green P lots are available nearby.

Do I need grip socks?

Yes, grip socks are required for all classes. We sell them at the studio if you need a pair.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 6 hours before your class. No-shows are charged in full and lose the class credit.

Where do I start if I am new to Pilates?

Book Reformer Foundations. It covers everything you need before moving on to any other class, regardless of your fitness background.
