Reformer Foundations

New to Pilates? Start here. Learn the reformer, the fundamental movements, and proper form. No experience needed.

Intermediate

Strength Foundations Reformer

If Foundations is too easy, this is your next class. Focused on building strength, stability, and control through slower, intentional movement with heavier resistance. Designed to prepare you for Strong Reformer Flow.

Intermediate

Glide & Tone

A steady-paced full-body toning class that mixes classical sequences with dynamic movement.

Intermediate to Advanced

Strong Reformer Flow

This class moves. Expect back-to-back transitions, strong spring loads, and continuous motion.

Intermediate to Advanced

Power Core

Focused on everything from abs and obliques to spinal stability and strength. A deep, targeted core class on the reformer.

Cardio Sculpt

Jump boards meet reformer. A high-energy cardio and sculpting format coming to the schedule soon.

Good to Know

Where do I start if I am new to Pilates?

Book Reformer Foundations. It covers everything you need to know before moving on to any other class, regardless of your fitness background.

I have done Pilates before. Which class is right for me?

If you have reformer experience, Strength Foundations Reformer or Glide and Tone are great starting points. Strong Reformer Flow and Power Core are for those ready to push harder.

Do I need grip socks?

Yes, grip socks are required for all classes. We sell them at the studio if you need a pair.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 6 hours before your class. No-shows are charged in full and lose the class credit.

Where do I park?

There is a parking lot at the studio. If it is full, Adamson Street is a 1 minute walk away and has street parking available.
